Oh, you don’t have to try hard
Anyone can play
Feverish with love for you
Tell me that you’ll stay
I wanna hold hands together
I’m gonna love you forever
Won’t you be mine all the time
We’re gonna get down tonight, oh
Ain’t no special rules, it’s just the facts of life
Ain’t it awfully cruel, it’s just the facts of life
Ain’t no special rules, it’s just the facts of life
Ain’t we all confused, it’s just the facts of life
Soak up the moon above you
Let it be your friend
Act like you mean it cuz we’re
Sticking to the end
I wanna hold hands together
I’m gonna love you forever
Won’t you be mine all the time
We’re gonna get down tonight, girl
Ain’t no special rules, it’s just the facts of life
Ain’t it awfully cruel, it’s just the facts of life
Ain’t no special rules, it’s just the facts of life
Ain’t we all confused, it’s just the facts of life
I wanna hold hands together
I’m gonna love you forever
Won’t you be mine all the time
We’re gonna get down tonight, girl
Ain’t no special rules, it’s just the facts of life
Ain’t it awfully cruel, it’s just the facts of life (so cruel)
Ain’t no special rules, it’s just the facts of life
Ain’t we all confused, it’s just the facts of life

Acid Tongue is an American-bred garage band heavily influenced by AM-radio soul, folk and psychedelic rock. The band is
composed of Guy Keltner & Ian Cunningham perverted in their youth by adolescent exposure to mind-altering substances and strange, spiritually-driven parenting techniques....more
The great underlying instrumentation paired with Florence's droll stream of consciousness lyrics make this album stand out. It feels so personal and confessional. Favorite tracks are Strong Feelings and Leafy. I've heard Scratchard Lanyard on alt radio and love that one as well. tofupotpie
This album can transport you to a fun place with Leon Bridges singing and Khruangbin supporting him with their fantastic music. I love everything about this vinyl and am so glad I got the lunar press! Thank you all so much! Michelle May
